The 2026 Season opens Friday, May 15, 2026 and closes Sunday, October 18, 2026

Available dates for the 2026 season:
SPRING AVAILABILITY:
Arrival and departure days of the week are flexible in the Spring but we do require a 2 night minimum stay. Currently available dates:
- Friday, May 15th to Saturday, June 6th
SUMMER AVAILABILITY:
Weekly rentals only from Saturday to Saturday. Currently available dates:
- Saturday, June 6th to Saturday, June 13th
- Saturday, June 27th to Saturday, July 11th
- Saturday, August 22nd to Saturday, September 5th
FALL AVAILABILITY:
Arrival and departure days of the week are flexible in the fall but we do require a 2 night minimum stay. Currently available dates:
- Saturday, September 5th to Sunday, September 27th
- Sunday, October 4 to Sunday, October 18th
Current renters of a week or more are always allowed to reserve their same slot for the next
season.
Payments may be made by personal check (please make payable to “Victoria Gabriel),
money order, cashier’s check, electronic funds transfer (EFT – contact Tori for
instructions), Zelle (954-261-1479). Sorry, but we do not accept PayPal or Venmo.

- July 11 – July 25, M Grossman – CONFIRMED (Renters since 1995)
- July 25 – August 8, A Grossman – CONFIRMED (Renters since 2005)
- August 8 – August 15, Meissner – CONFIRMED (Renters since 2015)
- August 15 – August 22, Shaw – CONFIRMED (Renters since 2024)
- September 27 – October 4, Burrows – CONFIRMED (Renters since 2022)
A reservation requires a completed and signed rental agreement with full payment of the appropriate security deposit and 50% payment of the rental fee. The remainder of the balance must be received at least four weeks prior to the stay. Reservations made within 4 weeks of the stay must be paid in full either by personal check, cash, Zelle, cashier’s check, money order, or electronic funds transfer. Venmo and PayPal are not available. All checks must be payable to “Victoria Gabriel.” Arrangements to receive the key will be made once full payment is received. The security deposit may not be applied to the rental fee.
Check in time is after 3:00 p.m. and Check out time is NO LATER THAN 10:00 a.m. – PLEASE!
Monday, October 19, 2026 – CLOSED for the season until May 2027
