The 2025 Season opens Friday, May 16, 2025 and closes Monday, October 13, 2025

SUMMER AVAILABILITY:
Weekly rentals only from Saturday to Saturday. Currently available dates:
- Saturday, August 30 through Saturday, September 6
FALL AVAILABILITY:
Arrival and departure days of the week are flexible but we do require a 2 night minimum stay. Currently available dates:
- Saturday, September 13 to Sunday, September 28
- Sunday, October 5 to Monday, October 13
Current renters of a week or more are always allowed to reserve their same slot for the next
season.
Payments may be made by personal check (please make payable to “Victoria Gabriel),
money order, cashier’s check, electronic funds transfer (EFT – contact Tori for
instructions), Zelle (954-261-1479). Sorry, but we do not accept PayPal or Venmo.

A reservation requires a completed and signed rental agreement with full payment of the appropriate security deposit and 50% payment of the rental fee. The remainder of the balance must be received at least four weeks prior to the stay. Reservations made within 4 weeks of the stay must be paid in full either by personal check, cash, Zelle, cashier’s check, money order, or electronic funds transfer. Venmo and PayPal are not available. All checks must be payable to “Victoria Gabriel.” Arrangements to receive the key will be made once full payment is received. The security deposit may not be applied to the rental fee.
Check in time is after 3:00 p.m. and Check out time is NO LATER THAN 10:00 a.m. – PLEASE!
Monday, October 13, 2025 – CLOSED for the season until May 2026
