Berkshire Vacation Rental

Our log cabin "Leeway" is a seasonal cabin and is available from mid Spring through mid Fall. We are located in the heart of the Berkshires - just minutes away from many cultural activities such as Tanglewood, Jacobs Pillow, Berkshire Theater, etc.  Whether you prefer scenic hiking, antique shopping or just reading by the fire, Leeway is an ideal vacation rental for couples and families.

Each year we allow renters from the previous season the opportunity to reserve their same time slot for the following year.  Below is a list of available dates and confirmed reservations for the 2025 season:

SPRING AVAILABILITY:  arrival and departure days of the week are flexible but we do require a 2 night minimum stay.  Currently available dates:

• Friday, May 16 through Saturday, June 7

SUMMER AVAILABILITY:   Weekly rentals only from Saturday to Saturday.  Currently available dates:

• Saturday, June 7 through Saturday, June 14
• Saturday, August 30 through Saturday, September 6

FALL AVAILABILITY:   arrival and departure days of the week are flexible but we do require a 2 night minimum stay.  Currently available dates:

• Saturday, September 6 to Sunday, October 5
• Sunday, October 12 to Sunday, October 19

August 2 - August 9, A Grossman - CONFIRMED (Renters since 2005)

August 9 - August 16, Meissner - CONFIRMED  (Renters since 2015)

August 16 - August 23, Shaw - CONFIRMED (New Renters)

August 23 - August 30, Natoli - CONFIRMED (New Renters)

October 5 - October 12, Burrows - CONFIRMED (Renters since 2022)

Monday, October 19, 2025 - CLOSED for the season until May 2026

Reservations for the 2026 season will not begin until all 2025 renters have had an opportunity to reserve their same time slot for 2026.
