Bedrooms

Leeway sleeps six with two bedrooms. The master bedroom has a double bed and the second bedroom has a twin bunk bed. In the living room there is a sofa bed that pulls out into a double bed and there is a cot on the porch.

Amenities

While we would describe Leeway as a "rustic" log cabin, it still has many of the comforts of home with the upgrades that have been made over the years. Originally, Leeway had no running water or electricity and only had an outhouse. Today, there is a fully functional kitchen and bathroom with brand new well system and septic system. Heat is provided through the beautiful stone fireplace and gas heater. We provide all dishes and linens but you will need to bring your own towels. There is a gas grill on the deck, your own private dock area and row boats, a canoe and kayaks are included. The property includes 225 feet of lakefront which is shared with our sister cabin "Arcadia" (currently used only for family). Most of the boats are stored at Arcadia's dock area but you have full access to all boats and facilities. This is an ideal vacation rental for families.
